Oppositions before the EUIPO and national offices in the EU. We act for opponents and applicants alike. Our watching flags conflicting filings while there is still time to oppose.

We work with a range of AI models, including models we trained and fine-tuned ourselves, on our own infrastructure. Every result is checked and signed off by one of our lawyers or patent attorneys. Privacy gates keep personal data and confidential or privileged information out of third-party systems.
Who we are
Pitch was founded in 2022. Two companies share one office in Antwerp: Pitch BV, the law firm, and Pitch Patents BV, the patent attorney firm.
We act for creative and innovative companies across the whole life of their business, from the first trademark to the sale of the company.
